Cancellation Policy

Flexible: full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.
Moderate: 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before arrival.
Strict: no refund within 7 days of arrival or for no-shows.
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and payment verified, except where required by law.
