Bookings

A booking is provisional until the required deposit is received and verified. Room rates, availability and totals shown at the time of booking are honoured once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to release an unpaid provisional booking after its hold period expires.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through PesaPal. The deposit percentage required to confirm a booking is shown at checkout; any balance is payable on arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the camp, its staff, other guests, and the surrounding park environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay early in cases of serious misconduct, without refund.

Safari Activities

Game drives and other activities take place in a wildlife area and carry inherent risk. Guests must follow guide instructions at all times. Activity pricing shown on this site is indicative and confirmed at time of booking.

Liability

While we take reasonable care for guest safety, Nzoghu Heritage Safari Camp is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including wildlife encounters, weather, or acts of third parties.
